I feel I got to know Manuel and Lepper quite well. My wife and I ordered one of the more modern design Velpe grandfather clocks and what with lockdowns in the uk and Germany it took longer than normal. However the communication with Lepper was excellent throughout. When I realised that Brexit was then an issue and had changed all of the shipping and VAT arrangements, Manuel sorted out a shipper and customs agent to deal with it all. Very good service.
The clock arrived safely and now has pride of place in the corner of our lounge, ticking away happily. It arrived securely boxed and once out of the packaging was easy enough to set up with the instructions provided. It was a pleasure dealing with Manuel and Lepper and their service and products are excellent.

The clock has a beautiful tune including a night shut-off phase and complements our hall well. The tune is powerful enough to fill an older house but not intrusive at all. Unpacked it in the garage and was then able to carry it up to it’s location on the first floor. Absolutely delighted with the way it looks, quality of workmanship and the mechanism. Looks so good in our newly built contemporary house overlooking the sea. Keeps amazing time and within 1 second a day after adjustment. Cannot thank you and your fellow workers enough.
